SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on all unworn, non damaged items for store credit ONLY within 7 days of delivery. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund(store credit)
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free etc. with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
If the item returned is damaged, dirty etc. you will NOT receive store credit. We will send back the same item you had initially purchased. Store credit is received after we have received and inspected the item and it meets our expectations.
Exchanges will ONLY be allowed if there was an issue with your order...wrong size, wrong color, etc. Other reasons will not be valid unless approved by a customer service representative. You must email our customer service team within 7 days upon delivery to have the problem acknowledged and fixed.
To complete your exchange, we require a shipping receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Prices vary depending on location, weight, and type of shipping method.
Please note we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between you and the usps.
